Is HatchDay in the App Store / Google Play?
Not yet — HatchDay is a web app (PWA). It runs in your phone or computer browser, and you can add it to your home screen so it opens like a native app. Store listings are planned for the future.
Where is my data stored?
On our server, tied to your account. It follows you to any device you log in on — nothing important lives only on one phone.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
You'll be asked to create a free account. Your trial data transfers to it automatically. The free plan covers up to 2 active batches with temp, candling, and note logging; Pro unlocks unlimited batches, charts, photos, backups, calendar reminders, and the Hutch & Hen handoff.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, anytime through Stripe. When Pro ends, you keep your account and data on the free plan.
Which species are supported?
24 species across chickens, quail, doves, partridge, turkeys, guinea fowl, waterfowl (ducks, geese), peafowl, and pheasants — each with its own incubation days, lockdown day, and humidity targets. Plus a custom-species option where you set your own numbers.
Does it work offline?
HatchDay needs an internet connection, since your data lives on our server. That tradeoff is what lets your hatches follow you across devices.
